In and out (oh er)

I spent a day in Adelaide, it's a nice enough City, but there isn't an awful lot the interests me here. So I'm off! I have booked a flight to Alice Springs tomorrow!
A made fairly good use of the day though, I have visited the South Australian Art Gallery, it's currently showing an exhibit of paintings by the first European settlers in Australia. None of the work was that mind blowing, but there was a painting of early Sydney that was quite interesting to see. There was some more modern works from Warhol, Kandinski and Matisse, so at least I recognised some of the artists (I don't know many!)
I also went to The Jam Factory, which disappointingly had nothing to do with Jam, but was another Art Gallery/Art and Craft sellers, had some lovely bowls if you are in to that sort of thing. I ducked into the cinema too and saw Jim Carey's latest offering "Fun with Dick and Jane"?? (something like that) anyway it was lame so I wouldn't bother if I were you.
