Hands Free Joy
I've never really got the whole hands free phone thing until just now, had to phone all my utilities companies and was on hold for several hours. Using the headphones means you get get on with your life admittedly with your brain being slightly numbed by the tranquilising hold music.
I managed to have a sh*t and brush my teeth whilst on hold with British Gas.

Are you still on hold to British Gas? It's been 20-odd days now, your bill must be huge (oo-er).
