Contractors - Useless overpaid idiots, discuss

This is a follow up to my last post. Why on earth am I worried about my job prospects. Some of the contractors we have working here are so unbelievably useless. 95% of being successful in this world is self belief, confidence and bullshit. These incompetent idiots have all these qualities.

Must work on my self belief.
