Vantastic adventure

The last couple of days have been a mad rush to get all of my stuff out of this flat and get what I wanted to keep down to my mums. I drove down to Wiltshire in a storm, the rain was blowing sideways with the force of the wind and it had got dark by the time I got in to my journey. To be honest I wasn't enjoying it to much after the bumps I had had on Saturday. Also I couldn't get the bloody stereo to work! Nightmare, so I had to sing to myself on the way down, unfortunately I have such a bad memory that I can only ever manage two lines of a song and then repeat. Yes it is actually possible to annoy yourself.

Anyway got down to my old dears and we offloaded all the stuff pretty quick in the morning. She is still modifying the house, a new window had appeared since last time I was there, god knows whats next, perhaps a moat and drawbridge?

Stormed back in the van via the new forest to drop off my sofa with a friends mum, who is possibly one of the loveliest people in the world, got very well fed and sent on my way, just got the van back in time, unscathed!

Ok so now I'm sat in a virtually empty flat apart from bags of stuff to go to the charity shop and rubbish, a laptop and an inflatable bed. This will be my last post from England, the adventure begins...
